My approach to the student stems from over 30 years leading employees and organizations; thus you will find that I connect theory and models to real applications and believe that student experience is a strong contribution in the discussion and classroom.  I have taught college and been a professional trainer for most of my adulthood; coming to Cottey College as full-time business faculty in Fall, 2017.  My Ph.D. is a Business degree, specializing in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  I teach Operations Management, Strategic Management, Capstone, HR Management, Management Information Systems, Organizational Behavior, and Intro to Business.  I also mentor the student-run business on campus, the Chellie Club, and teach Entrepreneurial Lab.
